FACE TO FACE COUNSELLING
Counselling takes place in a private, comfortable therapy room at Axminster Health and Wellbeing centre on Chard Street in Axminster. Sessions are available weekdays between 9am and 5pm. Please get in contact to discuss availability and have a look at FAQ'S page to find out more.
Online sessions take place via zoom which is free to download.
Ideally you will need a computer, laptop or tablet although you can access it through a SMART phone as well. You will also need a good wifi connection and a safe, private place where you won't be overheard or interrupted for the sessions to take place.
I can talk you through the process before the sessions start and answer any queries you may have. You can choose to have your camera switched off if you wish.
WALK AND TALK THERAPY
I plan to start walk and talk therapy sessions in Spring 2022. Please get in touch if you would like more information about how this will work.
Fees for individual counselling
£40 for 1 hour session.
Payment can be made by bacs prior to the session or cash on the day.
Concession rates are available please do ask.
I strongly believe that counselling should be available for everyone and I have a number of appointments for people who are on a low income, students and frontline workers.
If sessions aren't available at the time,
I can put you on a waiting list.
