Maybe you are here because you have a problem or issue in life that needs addressing and you feel talking it through with a professional to find a solution. would be helpful.
Or it may be a more complex issue that you would like to get to the bottom of and understand,.
Are you struggling with anxiety? Is it impacting your life, your relationships and making you feel like there is something wrong with you? Have you been dragging yourself through life and depression keeps rearing it's ugly head? Do you find the same issues in relationships keep coming up for you? How can you stop the negative dialogue that plays out in your mind and prevents you from doing things and keeps you awake at night? How do you process and move on from past traumas or destructive relationships? Why can't you believe in yourself and constantly let fear and worry hold you back from living the life that you want?

Anxiety, stress. overthinking and depression are becoming common experiences in todays world for many people. It can often leave you overwhelmed, cut off from people, fearful and unable to live life to the full and form connections.
I can help you to explore what the root cause is and also help you to find tools and techniques to be able to manage overwhelming feelings going forward.
I have a special interest in working with people to help them understand how our past experiences and relationships impact the way we are and the way we interact with the world around us. Working together we can identify some of your limiting belief systems, thought patterns, feelings and behaviour and have the ability to change them. Ask yourself If I didn't have this limiting belief about myself or my life what would my life be like?
That's yours to discover.
It can change.
Awareness is the first step to change. I want to help empower to take back control of the person you want to be and start living your life with confidence, making changes that are meaningful to you.
How often do you have the space to talk and be really heard and validated? When is there ever time for you to talk about whatever it is that's going on in your head to someone that will listen without giving their opinion, relating it to their story or just trying to gloss over and move on making it better for you?
It's a rare thing in life to be able to take time for ourselves and that is why a therapeutic relationship can make a huge difference to you and the way you live your life. It gives you the time you need to find clarity, to focus and address any barriers you have in order to move forward and achieve a life worth living.
